New construction begins with land development which is a critical phase of the project. During this phase InterCon works closely with the owner to understand the needs and requirements of the project. We pay close attention to the design making sure we accommodate for any local ordinances or EPA constraints with the site.
Additionally during the site development phase, InterCon will analyze the grading of the site to quantify the amount of earth that will be moved to develop the site. InterCon is committed to ensuring the site is as close to balanced ( i.e., a site that does not require the exporting or importing of earth) as possible to minimize the cost to prep the land.
Through experience InterCon has mastered a skill in land design; analyzing potential sites with the goal of producing the most efficient, cost effective plan to develop the property and ensuring the greatest return on the owner’s investment.
