InterCon offers a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match as part of its benefits package. All employees are eligible for the 401k plan after one year of continuous service.
All full-time employees receive annual sick and vacation leave. After five years of continuous employment, employees receive an additional week of vacation leave. All full-time, salaried employees receive the following paid holidays each year:
