  • Understand and document project requirements
  • Select and engage design firms
  • Prepare preliminary budget
  • Develop and manage associated procurement, design and master scheduling
  • Coordinate owner supplied equipment (if applicable)
  • Review and provide feedback regarding design constructability
  • Advise concerning value-engineering
  • Serve as liaison between Owner and third parties (e.g. government, utility companies)
  • Monitor financial implications of decision-making
  • Manage vendor bidding process
  • Finalize estimate, master scheduling and cost breakdown/projections
  • Supervise and manage construction activities
