Michael Perrotta

After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Cortland, Michael Perrotta started his professional career in the construction industry at RC Dolner in New York City.  It is here that Michael became familiar with all the field components of construction. While staying active in the field, Michael also became familiar with the office and the necessary documentation that needed to be processed so that a project may proceed efficiently.  After honing his skills onsite for several years, Michael decided to make a move to estimating.  There he started as a junior estimator but quickly rose to a senior estimator.  During this time Michael mastered his craft while developing conceptual and hard bid estimates for all types of construction as well as all sizes of projects. These projects include the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Concord, NC; McKesson’s distribution center in Rock Hill, SC; Bauschlinnemann North America’s facility in Myrtle Beach, SC and Husqvarna’s research and development center in Charlotte, NC.

In his free time Michael likes to give back to the community.  Through the years Michael has donated his time to help a number of organizations. These organizations include the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, YMCA and Muscular Dystrophy. He also enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, son, and new daughter.
