Doug Keesee

Doug began his construction career as a laborer over 20 years ago. Over these years he has built his foundation in the construction industry from ground up and quickly progressed into project management. Given his management, operations experience and his ability to lead cross-functional projects to completion, Doug joined InterCon as a Senior Project Manager. Throughout his career he has managed a diverse range of projects across the country specializing in retail, hospitality, industrial and financial services. His experience in all phases of the construction process ensures impeccable results in consistently exceeding client expectations.

Some of the many clients he has partnered with include: Family Dollar, Rite Aid, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Hollywood Feed, Starbucks, Chipotle, Burger King, Red Lobster, Wells Fargo (1,000+ locations in the Carolinas), Suntrust Bank, Bank of America and Fifth Third Bank. Some local projects he takes pride in are managing 30+ upfits at the Epicentre in Uptown Charlotte, multiple Hickory Tavern’s and many other nightlife establishments in the Carolina’s.

Doug has been involved with the Charlotte Hospitality and Tourism Alliance for 10+ years and currently serves as a board member. He also has served on the board of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce in past years. In addition to his construction career, Doug enjoys going to Lake Norman, golfing, trap shooting, and spending time with his wife, Ashlie and son Banks!
