Nicole N. Fasulka

Ms. Fasulka brings an extensive financial management background to InterCon, stemming from her experience both within the construction industry and in public accounting.  During her career, Ms. Fasulka served thirteen years as Chief Financial Officer for a grading and utility contractor, two years as Controller for an excavating contractor, and four years in public accounting.   While a staff member at the public accounting firm of Parente, Randolph, Orlando, Carey & Associates, Ms. Fasulka focused on general contractors with annual revenues ranging near $100 million.  Throughout her career as a CFO and Controller within the construction industry, she garnered a skill set of Financial Reporting, Analysis and Forecasting; Risk Management & Surety Relationships; Job Cost Reporting; and Internal Controls.

In addition to her financial management background, she has field experience as a Project Manager for several construction projects and has facilitated job-close-outs with NCDOT and the City of Charlotte.

Ms. Fasulka earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, from King’s College.   She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of North Carolina and has earned the designation as a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) from the Construction Financial Management Association.  She is an active member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and is an officer with the Construction Financial Management Association serving as Secretary.  Ms. Fasulka is a Licensed General Contractor Qualifier for North Carolina and South Carolina.
