Mr. Guiraud attended Bowling Green State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. After graduation, he initially worked as an Assistant Project Manager and was quickly advanced to Project Manager in Cleveland, Ohio. In 1990, Mr. Guiraud relocated to North Carolina and changed his career track to that of Construction Superintendent. After several years of field building experience, he was promoted to his present position of Senior Construction Superintendent.

Mr. Guiraud has successfully completed projects from very small to over $150 million dollars. During this time, he has gained valuable experience in motivating employees, day-to-day scheduling of subcontractors, contract negotiations, safety, quality control and acting as a liaison between the Architects, Owners and Contractors. A few of the projects in Charley’s portfolio are the Invest Collegiate Charter School with Beacon Partners in Charlotte, NC; Husqvarna’s Research & Development, Showroom in Charlotte, NC; FedEx Ground Rock Hill, SC facility and Bauschlinnemann North America’s facility in Myrtle Beach, SC.
In addition to his construction career, he is an active member in his church and enjoys spending time with his children, including support of all their athletic activities.
