Sykes Industrial Park is a forward thinking distribution center utilizing, for the first time in our area, a very generous clear height of 40 feet as opposed to the typical 30 - 32 foot clear height used in current buildings. By utilizing the increased vertical volume of the building, with taller racking systems, a distributor can reduce the cost of storage significantly. This park was designed and built with operational and cost efficiency in mind. From the buildings state of the art truck dock equipment, to the warehouse floors that were poured to exacting standards needed to take advantage of super high racking systems, to the generous truck courts designed for durability, safety and high traffic use.
