Renovation for 150,000 SF industrial finishing facility including 75,000 SF manufacturing, 15,000 SF laboratory/showroom that included air piping, wood fiber dust system, oven heat exhaust system and application fume exhaust system. 11,000 SF of office area with specialty ceilings, wood flooring, ceramic tile, spiral duct & indirect lighting.

Project: Linden Thomas And Company

Description:

Renovation of 2,500 SF, circa 1920 existing office building. Project consisted of the removal of existing walls, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Removal of existing wood floor and subfloor system for the purpose of leveling. Cut down and added to the existing floor joist system and installed a new subfloor and 3/4" oak flooring. Constructed new offices with glass fronts, aluminum door frames and 8'-10" wood doors, an all glass conference room, break room (including appliances), copy room and rest rooms, and a combination of drywall and acoustical ceilings. Existing perimeter windows, wood trim and walls were repaired as necessary and painted to maintain their historical value. Installed new mechanical duct, diffusers and grilles, plumbing and light fixtures. Sanded, stained and sealed the oak floor.
